| Ranbir shines in Red Demons basketball title win | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 29: Ranbir displayed outstanding caging skills by scoring top 26 points and helping Red Demons beat Ballerz Club 66-53 to clinch the men’s basketball title in the Vinsanity Basketball Tournament held under the banner of Vinsanity Club at BSF Stadium, here.
Ranbir was top scorer with 26 points from winners while Abhishek added 21 from Ballerz.
Third place went to Denver Club after they outplayed Blue Demons 41-23 in the hardliner.
Later, on the basis of their performance, the organizers declared Govinda as best shooter while Sachin Dogra was named as best point guard. Best rebounder trophy went to Abhishek.
Meanwhile, the organizers extended their thanks to the Inspector General of Border Security Force, AK Jain and Ms Ishita for their support in the successful conduct of the event.
