| 350 people attend PCPG meet at Miran Sahib | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 30: With a view to reduce the gap between the police and people, 26 PCPG meeting was conducted by Shailender Singh, SP Hqrs Jammu accompanied by S.S.Sambyal, SDPO R.S.Pura and Inspr. Nazir Ahmed Dar, SHO Police Station Miran Sahib Arnia at village Simbal Camp W.No. 4 Miran Sahib.
Around 350 people attended the PCPG meeting including Sarpanches, Panches and respectable citizens of the area.
During the meeting, the participants have raised their grievances in which SP Hqrs. Jammu issued on spot directions to the concerned officer and also assured that the rest of the issues have been taken-up with the concerned quarters.
On the conclusion of the meeting, the speakers have appreciated the role of police in the area and assured full co-operation to police in handling law and order and other situation in the area. Moreover, SP Hqrs. Jammu advised the participants to keep close eyes on the suspicious movement in their villages/fields and also give them personal cell phone number for immediate contact with him.
They have further advised if anything comes into their notice be informed to the concerned police officer/official deployed in their area of responsibility immediately, so that a prompt action can be taken accordingly.
