Free medical aid camp held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Oct 30: Jammu West MLA, Chaman Lal Gupta inaugurated a free medical aid and medicine camp at Rehari Colony Jammu. This camp was organized by Technym for All (Regd. NGO). An expert team of doctors from Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital examined the patients and distributed free medicine to the patients. Chief Guest, Chaman Lal Gupta applauded the initiative of the NGO and hoped that such camps will be held more frequently. He said that medical facilities should reach everybody. We have ayurvedic medications with us for centuries, but unfortunately, over the past few decades; we tend to ignore our knowledge of ayurvedic medicines and treatments. The western countries are fast adopting the use of Ayurvedics because of its zero side effects. It is good that people are shifting to Ayurvedic treatments. The knowledge of ayurvedas is very helpful to mankind. More and more stress should be given to the use of ayurvedas at our homes too. He assured full cooperation to the people of his constituency in this regard. President, Kotli Bhawan, Rehari Colony, Arun Khanna said that there will be free medical camps like this every month. He disclosed that very soon a free service from Rehari to Medical College will be provided for the benefits of locals. He praised the role of the NGO for providing free medical aid to the residents and encouraging ayurvedics among masses. The coordinator of the NGO, Jagdish Sharma welcomed and thanked the distinguished chief guest for his help and support to the organization. He also thanked the support of Arun Khan , K.Sharma, Ashok Sharma, his team and the Kotli Bhawan Sabha, Rehari for their support and cooperation.
