Kathua, Oct 31: The founder of Nature-Mankind Friendly Global Movement ex power Minister Babu Singh lambasted on the coalition state Govt. for imposing draconian new recruitment rules which are to be come into force right from the first November of this year while he was addressing a press conference at Kathua.
He said that as per the new recruitment rule the fixed salary mode of Non-Gazetted categories for the posts which would be advertised by the SRB from first of November in pay scale of 9300-34800 would get total salary ranging between Rs 7050 to Rs 7090 for a period of first two years and Rs 10130 to Rs 10190 for a period of next three years, and the employees in the grade of 5200-20200 would get total salary ranging between Rs 2800 to Rs 4300 including Rs 300 medical for first two years and Rs 5500 to Rs 6300 for next three years and similarly the employees in the grade of 4440-7440 would get a total salary of Rs 3170 including Rs 300 medical allowance for a period of two years and Rs 4610 for next three years and they would get all the allowance after five years.
He said this policy is an impression of capitalist tendency in order to exploit the potential of youth at low wages in this high inflation system.
Speaking in the press conference he said that the JK state government has crossed all the limits to formulate the new recruitment rule which is totally anti- youth, anti-poor people and anti- state which is purely offshoots of corporate capitalist system.
It is sheer surprising for us how the employee as per this new recruitment how the non-Gazetted employees would be survived with very less and meager wages and why the state Govt. has imposed such draconian rule and put the common youth and man in very worse and unbearable condition.
The Nature-Mankind Friendly has warned the state coalition Govt. to take back these anti-youth, anti-poor people rule to dustbin otherwise Govt. should ready to face the statewide mass movement.
In the press conference the district president of Kisaan Movement Hurmat Singh, general secretary, Daya Ram Sharma, Ashok Khajuria, Sahib Singh and Karan Singh were present
