| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, NOVEMBER 01- According to Chief Engineer (E & M), Sewa-II Power Station there shall be complete shutdown of Sewa-II power station with effect from November 15 to Nov 29, 2011 for carrying out the repairs of penstock of the power station.
This shut down would affect the availability of power supply at Mahanpur Grid Station, Kathua Grid Station and Hiranagar Grid Station and therefore, the department may have to resort to curtailments in these areas to meet the deficit of power, if required.
