JAMMU, Nov 1: Jammu and Kashmir Yoga Association conducted Jammu District
Yoga Championship at Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School, Roop Nagar, here today.
Competitors from different schools of the city participated in this district level
tournament.
In the prize distribution function, Principal of the School, Deepali Handa was chief guest,
who gave away medals to the winners of different age groups. She lauded the efforts of
the young students and laid emphasis on making yoga part of life.

GIRLS: 8-12 yrs: Harshita Sharma, Ist; Muskan Rajput, 2nd and Anu Sharma, 3rd. 12-17
yrs: Shikha Chib, Ist; Riya Gupta, 2nd and Diksha Vaid, 3rd.
BOYS: 8-12 yrs: Tarun Kumar, Ist; Sahil Malpotra, 2nd and Mitesh Jamwal, 3rd. 12-17
yrs: Sidharth Balhotra, Ist; Sadam Hussain, 2nd and Ankleshwar Manhas, 3rd.
MEN: 17-21 yrs: Sahil Mehra, Ist and Ranjeet Singh, 2nd. 21-25 yrs: Vishal Kumar, Ist
and Aman Sambyal, 2nd. 25-35 yrs: Mukesh Kumar, Ist and Deepak Handa, 2nd.
