NPSU laments new recruitment policy, holds protest | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 1:Taking a serious note on the new requirement policy of state government, the National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) today held a massive protest demonstration in MAM PG College, Jammu. The protest was led by Lucky Singh (NPSU leader). The students of the college gathered at main gate of the college and raised slogans against NC-Congress coalition Govt. Speaking on this occasion Lucky Singh said that this policy of govt. is totally against the student and youth of Jammu & Kashmir. He said that this policy is not going to provide any benefit to the youth but is going to make them slave of this coalition govt. He said that this govt. is playing with future of students and youth in past, present and will play in future also. He further demanded the implement of Governor Rule in the state. He said that always thousands of youths in state are unemployed and the CM is implementing the policy which will exploit the future of youth as well as state. Singh asked a question as to why every time the youth and students should suffer? He said this is clear policy of Govt. to spoil career of students which youth and students of J&K will never tolerate. Students of the Kathua also held a massive protest demonstration against the State Govt. The protest was lead by Vikram Chandan, Abhishek and Sandeep Singh. They said that this policy of Govt. is totally against the students and youth of Jammu & Kashmir. Students of the state will not accept this type of anti-students and youth policy. Students of the Govt. Degree College Samba also boycotted their classes under the banner of NPSU. The protest was led by Kusum Khajuria. Students of this college gathered at the college premises and criticized the Govt. for this policy. Students of Degree College Ramnagar also boycotted their classes and held a massive demonstration protest against new recruitment policy implemented by State Govt. the Protest was lead by Pawandev Singh. Students of Govt. Degree College Udhampur also held a massive protest demonstration against the Govt. NPSU leaders said that students will continuously boycott their classes until this decision is taken back. NPSU leaders said the Governor of the State should interfere in this matter and the government should be dissolved and governor rule should be implemented in the State.
