Amandeep Murder case takes new turn
HC directs trial court not to insist on examination of prosecution witness TP Singh

Jammu, November-02:- In a criminal transfer petition filed by Deepinder Kour mother of deceased Amandeep Singh seeking transfer of the case from present Trial Court to any other parallel jurisdiction at Jammu and also an application seeking stay of proceedings, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir of J&K High Court after hearing Sr. advocate KS Johal with advocate Amit Gupta issued notice to respondents and directed to file para wise reply. In the CMP, the Court also issued notice for filling objections and meanwhile ordered that the trial court will not insist on the examination of prosecution witness namely Tej Pal Singh till the next date of hearing.
