| Narrow escape for Principal GDC Bishnah | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 2:Kalpana Kesar, the principal of Government Degree College Bishnah, had a narrow escape when the car she was driving skidded off the road and rolled down into a canal in Bishnah area here today.
Sources said that the principal was on way to her residence in a car after attending the college when the incident took place.
The car, which was being driven speedily went out of control and it plunged into the roadside canal, however, swift action of the locals rescued the occupant of the vehicle as they immediately fished her out from the canal safely, they added.
