| Vinsanity Club decides to launch academy | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 03: Vinsanity Club, the organiser of the recently held basketball tournament at BSF Stadium, here, has decided to launch a basketball academy so as to provide the young cagers a platform to excel at the national level.
Out of the five-day long competition, the Club shortlisted a pool of 24 players out of 22 participating teams from different schools and colleges on the basis of their performance.
As per the management, Vinsanity Club enjoys the patronage of the J&K State Sports Council and J&K Olympic Association.
“We are in the process of finalizing the venue and technical team to groom the talented basketball players of the state. An announcement in this regard would be made soon,” president of the Club, Govinda Sharma said.
