| Mountaineering , trekking spots in Doda to be explored | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Doda , Nov 4: Addressing a large deputation of people from various areas of Doda constituency, today at his residence in Jammu, Abdul Majid Wani MLA Doda said that there is a dire need for exploring untouched mountaineering & tracking spots in Doda constituency.
For this purpose, shortly a committee shall be constituted under chairmanship of MLA Doda comprising mainly of Gujjar/ Bakkarwals and people from far flung areas.
The members of this committee shall visit various far flung areas to explore mountaineering & trekking spots so that these are opened up for professional/ amateur mountaineers/ trackers as well adventure-loving tourists. The district administration shall provide all possible help to these committee members.
