| Workshop on hardware assembling and networking concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Udhampur , Nov 4: The three-day IT workshop on “Computer Hardware Assembling and Networking” organised jointly by Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Dept. of Computer Science in collaboration with Jetking, the workshop Concluded at Udhampur Degree College today.
Nutan K Resutra, principal was the chief guest on the valedictory function.
In his address the chief guest lauded the efforts of the organizing units for organizing program for the academic growth of the students. “Let us use the knowledge gained here for our own growth and welfare of the society as well,” he said.
Sudhir Singh, Convener IQAC also spoke on this occasion and appreciated the commitment enthusiasm and urge to learn more and more.
The technical sessions of the Workshop focused on IT Operating systems, Installation of Window 7,assembling of computer system and ethical hacking overview, breaking of password using hiren boot tools etc .These were conducted by Prince Gill (Networking Expert Jammu Centre), Vinod Sharma (Technical faculty) and Amit Koul (Technical faculty) under supervision of Raja Rameez Dar (Centre-Manager Jammu Centre) Jetking.
About 200 students were benefitted by the workshop.
Deepa Sharma, Komal Sharma and Shivani Koul were among the organisors whereas Shridhu was the co-ordinator of the workshop.
Gagan proposed the formal vote of thanks The Valedictory session was compered by Rajni Sharma.
