| CDPO organizes awareness camp under SABLA Scheme | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, NOVEMBER 05-An awareness camp was organized by CDPO Jammu at Anganwardi Centre Sarwal.
CDPO, Jammu, Mrs Rennu Sareen, Supervisors, Medical Officer and 500 adolescent girls under ‘SABLA Scheme attended the camp.
Almost all 500 beneficiaries participated in the camp and aware about health and nutrition, vocational skill and about kishori cards.
Mrs Sareen delivered a lecture on health and nutrition education.
Corporator of the Ward, Mrs Usha Choudhary also highlighted an importance of child education and women rights.
Medical Officer checked up the ‘SABLA Girls’ (adolescent girls) and they also measured the height and weight of adolescent girls, folic acid was distributed among them. Light refreshment was also distributed among the beneficiaries.
