| Country made liquor seized, one held | | |

Katra police today seized several pouches of country made liquor from the possession of a person and also took him into custody.
According to reports, a police party led by S.H.O Katra, S.S. Sambyal intercepted a person namely Subash Chander son of Som Raj of Serli, Katra at a Naka and recovered 24 pouches from his possession, and took him to police station for interrogation. During interrogation, he revealed that he used to supply this liquor an exorbitant rates to the local people of the Katra and he was active in this work from last many years. Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and further investigating the matter.
