A local driver said the minibus owner had erected a pair of extra seats in the vehicle to accommodate extra passengers. If Safdar is to be believed, 22 odd persons were in the minibus when the tragedy struck. Meanwhile, at Penzilla, a bus, carrying 49 passengers, met with an accident late last night, resulting in the death of eleven persons and injuries to 38 others.
