| Army jawan killed in accident | | |

An army jawan was killed and his accomplice was in an accident occurred near Samba this afternoon. According to reports, two Army jawans traveling on a motorcycle bearing registration no: JKO2A-7259 during the leave met with an accident after colliission with a truck near Samba. One of the jawans identified as Nanak Singh S/o Amrik Singh of Chak Ram Chand, Samba died on the spot where as his accomplice identified as Yash pal Singh son of Jagdev Singh of Amritsar, Punjab received critical injuries. The injured was immediately shifted to the Military Hospital, Samba. Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard.
