| Life Insurance Agents Federation celebrates silver jubilee | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, November 6 : The 25th (Silver Jubilee) Annual convention of Life Insurance Agent’s Federation of India of India (J&K State ) was held in which Agent’s from all the branches of J&K participated.
More than 400 agents gathered to listen the chief Guest of the convention H M Jain (President L.I.A.F.I & member advisory board IRDA) .
Various demands including the enhancement of gratuity upto Rs.10.00 Lakhs, group term insurance cover to 75 YRS, conveyance allowance & welfare funds for agents, more benefits for chief life insurance advisors ( CLIS), enhancement in housing loan & out pocket expenditure, escalation club membership without interviews and amendment to insurance act & agents rule 1972 as per suggestion of LIAFI.
He also praised the role of divisonal president Narinder Sharma for his dedicated and sincere leadership to raise the genuine issues of northern Zone agent’s association at E.C.
The divisional president , Narinder Sharma read his presidential address and welcome address before the house and gave details regarding achievement of demand put forth by central leadership.
Awdesh Kumar Singh Zonal secretary North Zone LIAFA) also spoke and appreciated the role played by the divisional counciul J&K in enrolling maximum on of patron members.
