3 soldiers buried under snow avalanche

EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Nov 7:Three soldiers were killed when they were buried alive under a snow avalanche near the Line of Control (LoC) in north Kashmir, official sources said.
They said a group of three soldiers, including a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), were removing snow near a forward Roshni Post in Gulmarg sector when suddenly a huge avalanche come from the top.
All the three soldiers were buried alive, they said, adding that later the bodies were recovered by other soldiers.
However, the post did not suffer any damage, they said.
Several feet of snowfall was received last week in the entire border belt.
