JAMMU, November 8 : An extra ordinary emergent meeting was jointly held under the chairmanship of Ram Rattan Raina, President Sangram Sena, J&K, in which Inder Khajuria, president Hotels & Lodge Association, Jammu Deepak Sharma ,She-perwari Baba Ram Dev Parwari, Jammu, Ashok Verma, president J&K Young Blood organization, Udhey Chand, president Duggar Pradesh party and Preetam Sharma Gen. secretary, Kranti Dal, J&K, Jammu also participated.
The main objectives in the meeting remained about the high-headedness and unlawful and unauthorized of the Police concerned under jurisdiction of Police station Kanachak for creating lawlessness, harassing the innocent public, especially those who are rendering their free services to the devotees/yatries visiting to Baba Jitoo Mela (Festival) at Kanachak, Jhri for the reasons best known to the concerned Police.
While addressing the meeting Ram Rattan Raina said that as usual since years together, DLE installs tent at Jheri to render their free services to the Yatries/devotees Visiting the Baba Jitoo Temple during the Festival.
For the purpose before installing the tent, the concerned president of Dogra Libration front (DLF) seeks proper permission from the concerned Authorities, thereafter the tent is being installed by the DLF workers in order to render their free services to devotees under norms.
The leaders jointly urged and appealed the Chief Minister of J&K state who holds the Home department, secretary home affairs to issue instructions and directives to the police for not misusing their office chair or uniform against the innocent and law abiding citizens of the state.
He further appealed that stern action be initiated against the erring officer, so that no such ugly situation takes place during the festival.
