| Police officer roughed up by people in traffic jam | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 10: Police Inspector Arvinder Kotwal was this evening roughed up by angry people in a traffic jam near Kamla Palace here.
Kotwal was on way to police control room (PCR) at Parade, where he was at present posted, when he got stuck in a traffic jam near Kamla Palace on Shakti Nagar-Canal road.
While trying to clear the jam, he was roughed up by some unidentified persons. Kotwal later got himself treated at the GMC hospital. As he had sustained minor injuries, he later joined his night duty at the PCR.
Police had registered a case in this regard. |
