| Relief sought on humanitarian basis | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Nov 11: The nominated councilor LAHDC Kargil and leader National Conference from Zanskar Kargil, Tsering Angdoos today in a written letter requested the Chief Minister J&K Omar Abdullah to grant adequate ex-gratia relief of two lakh rupees to each deceased passengers, one lakh rupees to those who are seriously injured and fifty thousand rupees to those who had got minor injuries in the recent accident at Penzila Zanskar Kargil.
He said that the people of this far flung area have never faced such a tragic loss and to compensate such a great loss to the Zanskari society he requested the CM to interfere in the matter and requested for adequate relief on humanitarian basis.
