Jammu/Srinagar, Nov 11: Aryans Group of Colleges organized “Mega Job Fest” in the Campus i.e. at Village-Nepra (Banur), Chandigarh Patiala Highway.
A total of 2746 candidates appeared for around 35 companies. The fest was inaugurated by Anshu Kataria, chairman, Aryans Group.
Around 300 gets job in the fest, out of which around 50 belong to J&K. The final result would be uploaded on www.aryans.edu.in on Monday.
Kataria said that Job Fest helps in promoting employment by creating an opportunity for employers to meet their demands on a common platform.
Kataria further stated that the fest “got an overwhelming response and was fruitful for the students as well” who got an excellent opportunity for a mega placement bonanza even they are fresher.
Kataria further said that top most national & International companies including Ameliorate, Amical Soft, Aviva India, BSS, Club Mahindra, Competent, CS Infotech, E-Nest technology, GPR Privilege Services, Gulzar Auto, HDFC Bank, IBM, ICRA, IDEA, Intellisense Technology, IntellNet Global, Jet King, Lupin Pharma, MAS services, Mayer Pharma, Money Ambit, Ometa System, Rich infra Developers India, Samsung, Sanofi Aventis, Solitaire Infosys, Spnco, Genpact, Standard Yellow Pages, Svim tech, Tech Mahindra, Tricity Autos, Web Com participated in the fest.
Also present on the occasion were D C Kataria, vice-chairman; Rajni Kataria, treasurer; Parveen Kataria, Director General; K. K. Mangla , Manjula Kataria.
It is to be mentioned that that Aryans 20 acre campus is in Village Nepra/Thuha, between Banur & Rajpura, Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh.
