| 3 held for raping girl at Chenani | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 11: Three persons were Thursday evening arrested by police at Chenani
in Udhampur for allegedly raping a girl.
Haji Mohammad Khalil lodged a report with Chenani police station Thursday that his
daughter Sariya had been raped by three persons, police sources said.
Acting on his complaint, police raided different Chenani areas and arrested the accused
from their hideout. They were identified as Vicku, son of Asadullah Khan, Gogu, son of
Mohammad Hussain and Latief, all residents of Chenani.
Police had booked them under relevant sections of law. The girl was also got medically
examined by police at hospital.u
