JAMMU: A criminal, who was evading arrest for the past about 18 years, was today apprehended by police at Rehari. Police sources identified him as Jagjit Singh, son of Pritam Singh of R S Pura.
He was wanted since 1993 when a case was registered against him under sections 279, 337 and 338 of RPC.
