The police officer of MP annexed a production warrants with the application. While declined the permission for the custody of Sangram Singh to MP Police, Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal said that the next date of the case of Sangarm Singh has been fixed on November 17, 2011 where he is facing trial for the commission of offence u/s 302/396/201/120-B/109 RPC (much publicized Chopra Family Murder Case). The accused cannot be permitted to carry to Guna because the date has been fixed for hearing arguments on farming of charge/discharge. With these observations Court disposed of the application filed by the Madhya Pradesh Police for taking custody of Sangram Singh head of Pradi Gang. (JNF)
