| JU announces team for VC Cup T20 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 12: The University of Jammu has announced a 14-member cricket team for the forthcoming All India Vice-Chancellor’s Cup Twenty20 Tournament to be held at Jamia Milia Islamia University, Delhi from December 12.
The team was selected by penal of selectors including international cricketer, Surinder Singh Bagal, Hardev Singh, BK Magotra and Prof Dhian Singh Bhau.
Winner of last two consecutive titles of the tournament, JU non-teaching cricket squad is presently undergoing a coaching camp on the nets.
Sunil Sahi has been named manager of the team while Manoj Chowhan as assistant manager. Ram Singh accompanying as team assistant.
The Team: Aakash Bhola, Dawood Iqbal Baba, Pawan Singh, Vishal Soodan, Abhinav Sharma, Rajesh Verma, Amit Tagotra, Sumit Sharma, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Chaman Lal, Sonu Charak, Surinder Singh, Noor Beigh and Prikshit Singh Manhas.
