KATHUA, November 12 : A massive protest by hundreds of PDP activists led by Kathua district president S. Surinder Singh against the rampant corruption, high price, faulty employment rule, political murders and total failure of the Omar led Governments on all fronts.
Singh also alleged that Kathua district is being ignored and even after 63 years of independence there is no road connectivity in Lohai Malhar, areas of Bani and other far-flung areas of the district Kathua having population of lakhs.
Scarcity of water in Kandi areas,, lack of industrial development, in Bani, Billawar, Basoli and Hiranagar total failure industry policy in JK where by promised 90% job to local youth is a big joke.
He further said that the Govt. employees have not been paid sixth pay commission, pending dues. On the occasion the Zonal president PDP Hiranagar Daulat Ram and Zonal president and District general secretary Kathua Vinod Gupta also spoke and demanded immediate resignation of CM Omar Abdulla in Yousuf Shah Death case on morale ground and independent CBI enquiry into the whole episode of the political corruption.
