| NC will oppose Roshni act in assembly: Omar | | | JAMMU | JAN 7
The opposition party National Conference (NC) is going to oppose Roshni act and delimitation commission bill tooth and mail in the assembly session stacking from tomorrow.
This was disclosed by the party president Omar Abdullah in as NC legislators meeting held at party headquarters here this evening. He said it is very strange that so for correct list of persons belonging to below poverty lane (BPL) has not been corrected, and added those farmers whose house and crops were destroyed due to flood and rains have not being paid any relief so for, and as such are facing lot of problems.
Referring to human rights violation in the state, Omar said, NC will strongly highlight the issue in the assembly.
He further said, enrolments of Rehbar-e-taleem, teachers be enhanced without any delay as these teachers are facing lot of difficulties as prices of essential terms has increased and these teachers are not in a position to carry on.
The meeting was attended all the legislators and lorted four than five hours.
