| Fix concentration if you want to realize soul: Madhu Paramhans | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, November 13 : Madhu Param hans ji Maharaj, the spiritual head of Sahib Bandgi panth, during the course of his religious discourses at Satwari chowk, Jammu, said that there is need to fix our concentration if we want to realise our soul.
All of us understand the need of fixing concentration for the realisation of God but the significance of fixing concentration is not clear to all.
The soul is to be found in all. One day, I was taking a Laddu in a garden. Some part of the laddu fell down. An ant came and tried to carry it. But it failed to do so. It was big in comparison to its size. It went away. I decided to watch its movements.
I followed it. It covered a distance of about 50-60 feet & entered into a hole. When it came out, there were 10-12 more ants with it. It took them to the place where the piece of laddu had fallen. All of them tried & succeeded in carrying the piece. It took them about an hour to carry it to the hole. They had to stop at some places on the way in order to change their positions. The piece was big and it was not possible to take it inside the hole. They broke it into four parts and took these easily inside the hole.
Just see! a small ant saw a piece of Laddu. It must have thought of telling its family members about it. Where from did such a small ant get the power to think?
It was the soul. For this very soul, Lord Krishan said to Arjun, “Though this soul has no eyes, yet it can see in all the directions. Though it has no hands & feet yet it can move & work in all the directions. .
Even the study of Shastras reveals that many Rishi-Munies worshipped hard and even reduced their bodies into skeletons but still some were swayed along the waves of lust while others were swayed along the waves of anger.
However hard a devotee may try, he can’t succeed in bringing the Munn under control without seeking the support of a satguru.
