Widening of half kilometer Dhar road, still incomplete after 2 years | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, November 13 : NGO’s and local residents have alleged Beacon and District administration authorities for slow pace of work going on for the widening of Dhar road from Domail to Slathia chowk, from last two years and has demanded for CBI probe into it .
Addressing a press conference Sat Paul Sharma Chairman Rural Development Society NGO along with effected local residents of Dhar road alleged that due to delay in its completion local residents living and running business on both sides of road facing lot of hardship and their business and are facing great loss from last two years .
He added that tall claim of administration on the name of development seems exposed on ground. He added that potholes, s open drains, garbage scattered here and there are magnifying the problems.
Vikram Slathia President Lok Vikas Dal NGO alleged that more than four crores has been spent on widening of half kilometer road but despite that work remain unfinished causing great hardship to locals . He demanded CBI probe into it as central agency beacon is executing work o project and also criticized local MLA and leaders of political parties for their silence on the issue.
