NEHA
JAMMU, Nov 13: No one had ever imagined that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would do it, but he did it yesterday on board Air India One, thus showing the opportunist" and "power-hungry" NC leadership its rightful place. The case in point was his unambiguous statement that "a decision on Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah's demand for partial withdrawal of AFSPA has to be discussed by those dealing with security forces in an objective manner".
