Jammu, Nov 13: Police claims that 40Kg IED recovered by police and army from Jabba area in village Sarwan of Keshwan area in Kishtwar District is double controlled explosive device that can explode either through remote control or through opening of the lid of the IED. Police said that this is first such type of recovery made by police and army in Kishtwar District or in Jammu province.
