| Cong leaders take on NC | | Rake up rotational CM issue again | | Early Times Report
Jammu: Senior leaders of the Congress in J&K set the tone once again over rotational Chief Minister issue. It was none other than the veteran leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma who raked up the issue once again and strongly advocated a Chief Minister from Jammu .
Joining the chorus of what could be seen as growing disappointment with the manner Congress is treated in present dispensation despite being a major ally, MP Madan Lal Sharma said that Congress was not getting the proper protocol which is due and deserving as it shares the coalition government as equal alliance partner. “We (Congress) are not orphans…..”, the MP observed hitting out apparently at NC ignoring the party leaders in key matters.
One more senior leader Dharam Pal Sharma . taking on NC without naming it directly said criticizing Congress, its leadership and even not sparing paring was not at all acceptable. |
