| ST of Samba holds meeting | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Samba Nov 14: A meeting of Schedule Tribes (ST) of Samba District was held at Barrian Gujjar Basti Samba in which the problems and issues of the community were discussed.
The said meeting was presided over by Smt Indu Pawar MLA, President J &K Mahila Congress who listened to the issues and demands raised by the members of the community. Smt Pawar assured that their demands shall be taken up with concerned authorities & will be solved. She also exhorted the ST women to come out of their houses & work for Congress party which is committed towards development of all section of society especially weaker section & Schedule Tribes.
She also asked women to avail benefit from various programmes launched by the Govt. for benefit of women in particular
