JAMMU: At least 39 persons, including 14 Vaishnodevi pilgrims, were wounded in separate road accidents here today. A bus (JK02B/3585), which was on its way from Katra to Jammu, hit a roadside mud room at Bantalab near Nagrota and then overturned as a result of which about 14 Vaishnodevi pilgrims were wounded. The injured were identified as Sushila, Parvesh Sharma, Yogesh Verma, Ram Shankar, Devinder Verma, Shubam, Mohit Verma, Naresh Verma, Prashant, Puneet, Yash Verma, Prem Lata, Monu and Bablu. All of them were admitted to the GMC hospital. 25 persons were injured in another bus accident at Kanhachak. All of them were hospitalised. Meanwhile, 3 persons sustained injuries in a road mishap at Hiranagar in Kathua. |
