| Carmel Kunjwani celebrates 16th Annual Day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Nov 15: Carmel Convent school Kunjwani celebrated its16th Annual Day function with lots of creativity and grandeur.
Nearly 1200 students took part in the 2 day celebration. Satpal Sharma Zonal Educational Officer, Purmandal – Jammu was the chief guest together with the Zonal Inspectors Ramesh Sharma and Rashid Alam.
Bishop Peter Celestine was the Guest of Honour. Through their performance the young girls of 6th to 10th standards presented dance – dramas high lighting the theme that Peace is possible when we respect and understand the difference in our cultures and traditions.
Std I to V the angels, presented meaningful English plays, Hindi plays and danced to the lovely rhythm of music and entertained all the parents and friends.
Long live Carmel, God Bless Carmel was our final prayer. Shastri Purshotam Lal Dubey was the Chief Guest together with many neighbouring school principals on 13th Nov for the primary classes celebrations.
