| Bhalla felicitates Speedball Players | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Nov 15: J&K State Sports Council has felicitated Sunny Nanda and Uditi Verma for bagging bronze medals in the 25thWorld Speed Ball Championship in France for creating history by bagging medals for first time for India.
Minister for Revenue and Relief Raman Bhalla was the chief guest on the felicitation occasion organized by J&K Speed Ball Association to honour the outstanding players. Er Kiran Wattal Sports Secretary also was present on the occasion
Sunny Nanda claimed his medal in senior wing for the first time with the highest solo in 425 shorts in 4m and brought laurels to the state and the country as well in 25th World Speed Ball Championship held at France. Mrs Indra Bhalla & Mrs Pooja Malhotra the chairperson of JKSBA present on the occasion also felicitated both the players.
Among other prominent present on the occasion included T R Gupta, Kamal Singh, DySP Shiv Kumar Chouhan, Dhrav Malhotaravi Tiku, DySP Mohanlal, MrsMadhu Luthra, Rakesh Sharma, Anil Nanda and Ronika Rathore, Vikas Abrol
