JWAM delegation meets Revenue Minister | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 16: High level delegation led by Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement met the Cabinet Revenue Minister Raman Bhalla today in the civil Secretariat and held 30 minutes long meeting with the minister regarding the problems faced by the people of the winter capital Jammu City regarding the developmental problems. Sunil Dimple alleged that no development is taking place in the Jammu city "East and West" constituency and these constituencies are badly facing traffic problem , curtailment of power, acute scarcity of drinking water and no development work is going and the condition of the roads lanes, drains is miserable and worst. He also complained to the Revenue Minister that the people are facing lot of problems in getting issued the PRC state subjects in spite of completion of the formalities. He alleged people are facing lot of problems in getting there work done of income certificates, fard, Khasra Nos , PRCs from the tehsil, DC office Jammu and in other districts also. He also alleged that the voter lists are incomplete as the delimitation of the Municipal Corporation wards have not been conducted. He said no Muncipal Corporation elections should be conducted unless these formalities are completed other wise it will compel JWAM to bycott the Corporation election. He also alleged the BPL ration is being black marketed in the market and deserving BPL families are not getting the benefits under the BPL categories. Raman Bhalla gave patient hearing to the demands put forward and assured to take appropriate actions on the demands put forward. Sunil Dimple Later met the Commissioner / Secy PDD Bashart Dar in the civil Secretariat and demanded for the improvement of the power supply infrastructure in the Winter Capital Jammu City and particularly the Jammu west Assembly constituency which he lamented is very defunct, weak and people are facing frequent curtailment of power cuts.
