| Trikuta Nagar deputation calls on Revenue Minister | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Nov 17: A deputation of Bhawani Nagar and Basant Vihar of Trikuta Nagar area headed by senior Congress leader Shub Chander Verma met the Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla and projected development related problems of the areas which included modernisation of Trikuta Nagar parks, internal links and surface drains.
Verma said on the tireless efforts of Revenue Minister, the people of Trikuta Nagar have received all basic facilities which included better roads, education, safe drinking water, un-interrupted power supply and modern lines recreational parks.
He said Bhalla has sanctioned worth crores of rupees in development sectors in making his home constituency as part of metro city of the country.
On the occasion, senior Congress leaders Surinder Singh Lati, Aman Bawa, S. Surjit Singh and B S Mastana besides others accompanied the deputation.
