In a meeting led by its general secretary Pritam Sharma and attended by Rajinder Bhagat, Jagdish Sudan, Sankul Gupta & Vijay Kumar along with other members of different units, it was held that the state govt. should respect and understand the indication of high courts Srinagar & Jammu about new employment policy and immediate repeal their decision. There are about seven lakh teachers teaching in about five thousand private schools. They are getting only 1500-4000 salary, ReT teachers getting only 1500 and contractual employees also getting low salary which is injustice with the educated employees. New policy also creates gap between gazetted and non-gazetted employees. Govt. also make fare policy of selection.
