| Malhotra inaugurates road at Sirha | | | JAMMU JAN-08- Amrit Malhotra MLC and senior Congress leader today inaugurated a 4 Km long road at Sirha in Panthal area of Udhampur district constructed at a cost of Rs.1.25 lakh. He provided the funds for the purpose out of his Constituency Development Fund.
Addressing a function organized on this occasion, Malhotra assured to provide more funds for macadamizing the road. With the construction of this link road several villages of the area would get communication facility.
Malhotra said that this task would not have been accomplished without the active cooperation of Trikuta Valley Development Forum and its Chairman Sardari Lal Dubey.
Senior Congress leader and PCC vice President Yash Pal Khajuria presided over the function.
Among those who were present included Shiv Kumar Sharma President J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Prof Shiv Kumar Nirmohli, writer, Rakesh Wazir, Rattan Singh, Ashok Gupta, President Municipal Council Udhampur, Vijay Manhas Block President, Naresh Kumar, Rajinder Khajuria, Ashok Baskhi, Mohan Bodh Raj, Surinder, Krishan Bhagat, besides a large number of locals from the area.
