| 80 cement bags meant for GREF seized | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Nov 19:Police seized 80 cement bags meant for GREF supply from the residence
of a person in a raid conducted at Bani area of the district today.
Acting on specific information, Bani police conducted a raid at the
residence of one Ishtiaq Ahmed son of Nizam Din resident of Lowang
Tehsil Bani and recovered 80 bags of Shri Ultra Cement meant for GREF
supply whereas the alleged accused managed to escape from spot.
A Case FIR No. 49/2011 U/S 409/109 RPC stands registered at police
station Bani and efforts are going on to arrest the accused persons
