| Court directs RS Pura Police take action in ‘Principal Bashing’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Nov 19: Responding to complaint from a School Principal and his brother alleging a constable and his brother have assaulted, the Court has directed to the police to register a case against accused u/s 506,452,323 RPC after proper verification.
On the base of the complaint court has directed SHO RS Pura to lodge a case against constable and his brother under section 506,452,323 RPC against the alleged accused after proper verification
Need to mention that complainants the School Principal of RS Pura based local Private School Blossom High School and his brother Dinesh Kumar have alleged that one constable identified as Anil Sharma and his brother Pammi Kumar of RS Pura beat him at his residence on the other day. In the complaint the duo has further alleged that the constable, who is posted in RS Pura Police Station for the last ten years, appeared in school on the very next day and taking the advantage of uniform dragged him out from his office in full public view.
Thereafter a delegation of R S Pura based people led by Naib Sarpanch Meala Ram approached to the SSP Jammu and lodged complaint against him, he alleged adding no action was taken against them.
