Centre thrust all CMs in state through rigged elections | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 20: J &K Democratic Forum (JKDF) chief Pandit Bhushan Bazaz while sharing his experience with media stated that he has sent a set of proposals to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, suggesting that the post of Chief Minister for three years be rotated between incumbent from Jammu and Kashmir respectively and post of Deputy Chief Minister be allotted to Ladakh region with three years tenure for incumbents from Leh and Kargil. He said that this proposal if accepted, would go a long way in returning of peace and normalcy in the State apart from putting an end to State Centre tensions and mutual distrust adding that it was at the behest of Central Government that situation could never got normalized in the State, as since independence till date, all Chief Ministers have been thrust upon people of J and K State by the Central Government through rigged elections. Bazaz also urged Prime Minister for final settlement of Kashmir migrants who were forced to leave their hearths and homes in the wake of militancy in 1990.
