| JK Bank holds customers’ meet in apple town | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Nov 20:While continuing its campaign to enhance customer service at all fronts based on customer feedback, J&K Bank yesterday conducted a customers’ meet at Dak Bangalow, North Kashmir.
The meet was organized by cluster-II, Kashmir north, of the bank. Zonal Head, Kashmir North G Q Shah chaired the meeting. Senior bank officials, including Cluster Head Aftab Ahmad Qazi, were present on the occasion.
Esteemed customers of all the branches of the Sopore town belonging to various segments attended the meet in large numbers. The customers thoroughly interacted with the banks officers and hailed the efforts of the Bank towards socio-economic development of the state.
They expressed their satisfaction over the products and services offered by the Bank. The participants came up with some suggestions and demands on the occasion which were noted down by the bank officials for implementation.
Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head thanked the gathering for their participation and gave a detailed account of the issues raised by the customers. He assured the participants of providing best possible services to the customers.
Cluster Head Aftab Ahmad Qazi welcomed the participants and presented the vote of thanks and assured to look into the various issues raised by the customers in the meeting. (KNS)
