| BSNL to better its services to along Mughal Road | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Rajouri Nov 21: Responding to the residents residing along various locations on historic Mughal Road, the Public Sector BSNL has geared to make its services possible through the solar charging system.
Sharing the information in this regard BSNL TDE Rajouri said that to provide mobile service facility to its customers on the this remote belt of this area and along the Mughal road, BSNL is going to build its towers on selected locations including Peer ki Gali etc to streamline its services in this remote area. BSNL official also added that that keeping in view the power shortage in the area, the towers to be built in these areas will be equipped with special provision of solar charging. ‘Though this would be new but the feasibility of the new initiative is being tested in this border belt, he added. He further maintained that department in absence of any service provider the BSNL would erect its towers along Mughal road from Bafliaz to Shopian and keeping in view the demand of people, BSNL has decided to place its mobile service tower in the area of Peer ki Gali.
Further assuring better Internet facility in Rajouri, BSNL TDE assured that soon department is going to undertake a number of steps in order to provide its customers uninterrupted and better internet facility in the border district.
