| Employees stage protest against VV Industry | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua Nov 21: The workers of the Vishal Vinayak Industry Nehal Pur kathua have staged a protest demonstration at DC office Kathua against the policies of the factory management and its labor contractor.
Workers including women led by the Tehsil president of Shiv Sena Rakesh Kumar and Vice president Lal Ji, alleged the management of Vishal Vinayak Industry Nehal Pur Kathua for exploiting them on low wages and the workers are being paid for the eight hours duty instead of twelve hours of work. They also accused the management for misbehaving and threatening the working women in the factory and are deprived of benefits of provident fund, minimum wages, bonus and etc. They said that workers contractor of the factory Dev Raj is constantly making the mockery of the labour law.
Goldie, Shampoo, Raju, Surishta, Pooja, Poonam, Bimla, Sushma, Shiva, Sargo Devi, Rajani, and etc also participated in the protest.
