JAMMU, Nov 21: District champion, Jayesh Singh and Prajmal Gulati today advanced into the next round of junior boys’ event making it easy wins in the ongoing 33rd State Table Tennis Championship at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
While Jayesh trounced Karan Chopra in straight sets of 11-06, 11-04, Prajmal outplayed Pallav Dubey in easy identical sets of 11-04, 11-04.
In the meantime, Anuj and Animesh emerged winners in sub-junior boys group while Shreya won her match in cadet girls’ category today.
