| Condolences keep pouring for demised leader | | |

Kishtwar, Nov 22: Expressing deep sorrow over the sad demise of young
upcoming leader Rehmat Ullah Mallik of PDP Kishtwar, Alhajan Maryam
Sheikh president Women Wing National Conference Kishtwar in a
condolence message while expressing her deep sympathies with the
family of Mallik said that in spite of different political background
he was having a good rapport with common man, irrespective of caste,
creed and political affiliations. She termed him as a man who had no
enemy.
NC leader also expressed her deep anguish over the increase in number
of road accidents in erstwhile Doda district and added that there is
need for serious check on the roads and also methods be devised so
that accidents could be avoided.
She said this road from Batote to Kishtwar needs special attention and
also added that the land beneath the road gets eroded due to waters of
the dam and demanded measures for the road connectivity particularly
keeping in view the coming winter and asked for special barriers be
erected at vulnerable points on the road.
