| 1 killed, 2 hurt as minibus hits mobike at Sarwal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 22: A youth was killed and two others were wounded critically after their
motorcycle was hit by a speeding minibus near graveyard at Sarwal here this evening.
Three youth were going on a motorcycle (JK02AQ/1676) when a minibus
(JK02AK/2477) hit them near graveyard, resulting in the death of one of them and
injuries to others.
The dead was identified as Royal Raina, son of Vijay Raina of Subash Nagar. The
injured included Ankit Mahajan, son of Om Prakash, and Arnesh Sharma, son of
Surinder Sharma, both residents of Janipura.
The injured were undergoing treatment at the GMC hospital where their condition was
stated to be serious, police sources said.
Police had seized the minibus but its driver, whose identity was yet not known to police,
was absconding.
A case in this regard was registered at Sarwal police post.
